I have purchased a HCL tablet from amazon.in in Feb 2014. I am not satisfied with the quality and experience in using it. The tablet is not compatible with google play store and HCL has not mentioned this in theirs or amazon’s website.Due to this I am unable to use the tablet for basic activities like watching youtube videos,chatting on hangouts etc. I have already emailed and called customer care many times but never have received any proper resolution. I am mentally agonized with this harassment of poor quality and cheating. Request you to please take this forward and let me know what information you need. -Rahul
