NOT ALLOWING FOR PORTING

Dear concern,

This is to notify that myself Dr.Ratnajit Talukdar holder of the airtel post paid connection 9831087959,wants to port out of airtel due to dissatisfaction regarding sevices & tarrifs.So I want to port out of airtel for other operators,but after applying for porting code ,ref code AK496992 on 28th nov 2014, porting was not done, I mailed to them they replied that the issue was solved though it was not solved,again on 13th december I have send the request for porting code no AK518529,this time also they are not giving the relese.On mailing them they replied that since it was a corporate number so porting cannot be done,then at first I need to change the plan then do it,but infact i do not want to go any further with this service provider any more.Please help me out in this issue.
