Vodafone bill issues

Hello team,

I am using a vodafone postpaid corporate connection and my no. Is 9953001085. Last month i asked to activate blackberry services but somehow after so many efforts the services were not getting activated and i wrote an email to them to deactivate the services but they didnt and i have a email proof as well and i got the full charge and advanced rental charge of blackberry services on my bill and when i called to get these charges waived off the vodafone executive rerouted my call back in the queue. So i emailed on vodafone corporate care and again they say they apolozise for the inconvinience but they cant reverse the charges. And i have seen so many complaints regarding vodafone nuisance charges on customer’s bill so why dont u take serious action against this company for consumer’s sake. This is our hard earned money and we just cant waste our money to this company who doesnt even care for their customers. As if u dispute regarding your bill executives misroute our call or just simply hang up. Please take some necessary actions and also i asked them to disconnect my services but they aren’t going to do it untill i pay the bill and whh should i pay for what i haven’t used. And when i told the executive i am not going to pay the amount as i havent used the services for which i am charged. They simply threatned me that you will keep on recieving the bill and if you dont pay u will get a summon from court and will directly impact ur CIBIL. This is a serious matter please look into this.
