I recently purchase new micromax mobile phone of 14000 Rupees. after two months of purchase my handset dropper is stop working. i asked micromax service to resolve this problem.. they took my phone and told me to return it back in 9 days with all working functions, but from last three months my handset is with them and they just console me by saying we understand your problem, but they do not.
In between these three months, several times i called them but they are not ready to return my phone.
Please help me.
for middle class person this amount is really large and they are doing this.
Please do something
