Placed online order on Nov 28, 2014 at indira nagar, bangalore – dominos. at the first time transaction got declined, so placed again same order. But credit card bank had charged 2 times. One amount got refunded on December 9, 2014. On Nov 28, 2014 same location – order placed worth Rs. 300 – delivery took more than 30 mintues – No refund till date – delivery boy agreed and said will be paid. On December 4, 2014, order same location – Rs. 931 – delivery took more than 30 minutes – delivery boy agreed – no refund till date. Now back to bombay. Called around 10-12 times to Indira Nagar Bangalore dominos 080 -25214444. Very rude experience. Executive sometimes disconnects the line. And today (17 Dec 2014) when I called, I was surprised to hear bad words he was giving. and said he will not refund, and asked me to go to media if I want and disconnected. Again I called 15 times, but they kept disconnecting the line.
