Fake and Fradulent Job Offer

I want to complaint about employment.india.in wherein fake calls are made about offering jobs in return for a bribe. It was a lady named Branda who used to call me from a number 011-206543336 telling they viewed my profile from monster and they are a government organization. They demand for a registration fee of Rs. 2500 to continue their job offers.

Then there was a telephonic interview and I was told that I am selected for Toshiba and I am the most suitable for the job. In order to receive the offer letter, I must pay despatch fee, towards company provided facilities, recession amount and so so on….

All that they do is that they urge us that the money has to be deposited the same day so that the offer is not delayed. That too they can be transferred only through SBI always – this is their statement.

But at one instance, they told me to transfer money to a specific account number – was told that it is company’s VP #. When I asked why this different account this time, they told me that it is a direct transfer to the company’s board of directors who expect bribe in passing the employment offer for me.

I believed entirely that the company members (Toshiba) are requesting for a bribe for employment. But now I came to realize that the employment letter sent from Mukesh Agarwal (mentioned as Senior Manager, Toshiba in the offer letter) for joining is also a fake one.

I have paid about 70,900 rupees (including the registration fee) towards getting this job. All my hard-earned money has been taken by these frauds. Everything was an online money transfer.

Recently when I called Toshiba’s chennai branch (where I have been told that I am placed), they told there is no such recruitment and no telephonic interview that too for technical job for women candidates. Also the number belonging to Branda is switched off and Mukesh’s # is invalid (Have received calls from this # earlier). Mukesh’s number is 9266805020….

Day before yesterday, Branda called me and told that they shifted their office and that is the reason she is not able to contact me. Still now I am yet to get my original offer letter and my joining date per the fake offer letter is tomorrow, 18th Dec…

What about my lost money? How can I get it back? I have all the evidences with me (transfer slips, account #’s contacts). Please let me know how to get my money.

Also let others know that this is fake company and not to give money for sake of job…. I really need a justification on this….Plz help.
