HORRIBLE SERVICES FROM MICROMAX

I Purchased a micromax Elanza2 and a Unite2 four months(in August) back. After 2 months(in October), there was a charging issue in Unite 2 and the service center told that the motherboard is corrupted. they took the phone and told that it will take 45 days to resolve the issue. Its been more than 45 days and still there is no response from their end.
And then 2 days back(in December) , while receiving a call in my Elanza2 it was getting switched off automatically. I took it to the service center and they said that the motherboard has corrupted and it will take 45 days to resolve the issue.

It seems to be a genuine quality issue with micromax phones and their services are horrible. The customer care number is even not functional. I have even dropped a mail but no response from their end.

Its really painful to know that I wasted my money on such a useless brand. I have still not received any response from their end. Will take some legal actions if I get no response from them.

I would recommend all to never ever go for this brand. Its a total waste of money.
