refund not recieved

I have ordered an headset of cost Rs.411 on 21-09-2014. with order number:20855447 on shopclues.com ..They deliverde a damaged product.. After three days i returned thiss item….but untill now i havenot recieved any refund from them. I have been writing frequently to them from past 3 months..please take neccasary action
