on 15 august 2014 i bought lenovo s850, after using it i realize it is having some WiFi connectivity issues for which i went to nearest service center which is at sec-2 where they said it is having some motherboard issues and we need to change your motherboard which require 7 to 10 days, then after six days i got a call form the center for collecting my phone i went their and get my phone back after checking it at home i find the same problem and also a new problem of bad sound for which i again go to the service center and they said their may be some defect in the PCB we need to replace it and it again require 7 to 10 days,after 10 days i call them to confirm whether my phone is OK or not and they say they had repaired it and can be collected. i went their while checking i find the same problem.they took me to their manager and she said we will this time make sure that your phone will be OK and i personally look at it .after six days i got call form center for collecting phone, when i go their they they said they called me by mistake my phone is still not repaired and the PCB is in demand, i decided to write a complain on the job sheet they provided me and went to another service center at nehru place, they also told me for changing the PCB and ask me come after 7 to 10 days .on the tenth day i collected my phone and came back they said we had checked it and it is OK. i came back and connected though WIFI to youtube to check but it still having same problem. now i am feed up all of this and i need my money back.
