I have been charged with international roaming charges although I was with in West Bengal boundaries on my Vodafone CUG Post paid connection. The place being close to border latched to Nepal Tower with out my approval. Also I have not received any warning SMS on the international tariff rates leaving me completely unaware of the entire process. Now I have been charged with a RS. 2700 roaming charge.
I have raised the complaint ( Case ID : 1077815483 ) with the customer care and then escalated it to the Nodal Office, but no one is providing any proper justification or evidence for it. Please could you help me on this.
