This regarding falls promises made by MTS salesman for WIFI DATA CARD service with minimum speed of 2 to 3 Mbps an d maximum speed of 9Mbps plus. We had brought it for Rs 1600. Our MDN No – 8459986278
Account ID – 1100879721.I had complained about many times and told them of not filling bill if service does not improves and asked them for disconnection.
Salesman told us that he will be their for 3 month for receiving bills and he also did not came.
And now they asking me to fill a amount of Rs1681 and threatening me of taking legal action action if not done so.
PLEASE HELP ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
