Recently i saw a charge on my Vodafone account for 49Rs for some dnld-d2c-ndtv-valuepk-49-ndtv pack which i did not authorize, so i called up vodafone and asked them to remove the charge and deactive this service as i did not activate this service. However the customer representative told me that they cannot reverse the charge nor can they deactivate the service. So am i supposed to pay for this unauthorized charge for the rest of my life? I want this charge removed and this fraudulent service stopped please.
