Internet termination

I have logged the complain in Reliance customer care to terminate my internet connection, on 26th of november 2014, complain ID is 227233429, 227277983, 227278019, 227737983, the last complain ID is provided by reliance appelet office, which is created and closed on same date, they kept my internet connection “ON” till date I am pretty sure they will be billing me for it, When I made complain in “Reliance Appelet” office the customer care guy is again asking me to fist mail, and again log the complain, they would have told me at the very first time, Now the condition is I am tired of following their process as they where not at all updating it on time, at the very first time, and if I am not going to pay the bill they will send me a legal notice, asking to pay a bill, which I am not going to pay, as its their responsibility to tell me the process at very first time, and follow their rules, By doing this they are not only irretating me but I am also getting charged for their mistakes, which should not be the case, I am completely against it, Now I am posting my complain in “Consumer Forum” so that they will take a lesson and do their job correctly.
