I purchased Panasonic Mobile Phone (P81) in 11000/- from amazon.in.Due to some problem I deposited the mobile at victory international service center(Lajpat Nagar-1, New Delhi).They asked me toreturn the repaired mobile within 1 week.But I did not receive mobile phone.I dropped three mail on [email protected] (26 nov, 03dec and 4 dec).But Company did not reply for my single mail.
I contacted Victory international and request to return the mobile even without repair.But they are telling Panasonic company has taken the mobile and they will return.
I am very upset that neither service center nor company is treating my request.
At least it is the responsibility of Panasonic India to take care of their costumer. Now.Now I am feeling as cheated by a fraud company which service is worse and their support portal is just for formality.
