I want to complain about my broadband speed in tikona.the speed is not satisfactory and consistence. It remains good for 1 day then goes down for 2. this has happened after 10-15 days of my plan change to 4mbps-SOHO plan in august.since then i have been facing problems in net speed. I have been complaining to them every time the problem starts.they say to solve it remotely within 4-6 hrs or sometime 24 hrs. sometime they do it and sometime they don’t.but every time they solve the network problem it again starts after 1-2 days. I don’t get continuous speed for more then two consecutive days.I have been frustrated complaining to them again and again.So,this time complaining in every consumer forum and if necessary will complain to consumer court.
