Excess Billing started with the first bill itself.

I have been charged Rs 524 for downloading which I am completely unaware of. The information provided in my Bill is totally invalid.

The web site name for which the charges have been applied are :

Total – 524 INR extra charges.

Please take necessary action to remove these extra charges.
