received defective Product

I purchased Videocon VT60H12 Digi Gracia Prime 6 Kg Top Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine
from snapdeal. On opening the box I Found that product is damage.The top opening is broken and found glue over there.
I complaint for refund (complaint no. 3654784620 ) and receive multiple answers by customer care executive , one is saying it will take 24 to 48 hours ; other one is saying reverse process is started (but i did not get any sms or email ). Then some one call from Snapdeal and saying we don’t have reverse pickup there , so you will have to courier yourself.

This is really very frustrating that you receive a damaged product and Snapdeal is not even willing to arrange pickup.

If Sanpdeal don’t have facility of reverse pick then how can they deliver the product to the same address??
Please arrange revere pickup and collect that dabba. and resolve the issue ASAP.
