on 26/11/2014 – I had activated the service of 3G for Rs. 105
Their Official site states the below plan details:
MRP Benefit Validity Tax
Rs. 105.00 300 MB 28 days Rs. 12
The message after my registration to the plan was:
Recharge successful for MRP Rs. 105.3G 300MB, 21days Val. Current Balance is Rs. **.**. Welcome to the world of idea 3G!3G Services offered under 3G ICR.
Now if the official website states that the plan is valid for 28 days how can they offer me the same plan for 21 days.
When I called up the customer care of Idea with the same issue. A Mam took the call and she directly stated that we cannot do anything about it. After a lot of requests and disputes the lady transferred the call to her senior and he then took the report of the same and I had to explain him everything from start. After a lot of request he finally took the complain.
The complain details are as below
Dear Customer, Your concern for Pack activation is registered and would be actioned by 11/26/14 4:19:00 PM. SR No. 1-50074177075.
Need redressal of the same.
