I ASHOK GHATAK had given my PULSAR 150 CC bike bearing registration no. UP53AJ1473 for servicing to the then dealers and servicing center of Bajaj Automobiles on 30/7/2010. During that period they asked me to get my battery changed. They fitted a battery manufactured by MINDA INDUSTRIES LTD on the same date and its warranty period is valid upto a period of 1 YR ie 30/07/2011. When today ie 19/06/2012 I went to NORTON BAJAJ for getting my faulty battery changed they informed me that they are not the BAJAJ dealers anymore and behaved with me in a very rude manner as if I had gone there to ask something from them. The owner and the salesperson present there didn’t helped us in any manner and also had given me a bogus warranty card of the battery in which the serial no. mentioned in the warranty card and the original serial no. are not matching.So I request you to kindly help me in this matter and help me in getting my faulty battery changed.
