False download claims by Vodafone

Hello ,

This is to notify that I use a corporate plan offered by Vodafone(My Num – 08377930049) in DELHI-NCR region.
I have been imposed a sum of rupees 205 in the bill generated from the 03rd Oct 2014 to 02nd Nov 2014 by Vodafone on my corporate plan on the basis that I have made some downloads. Whereas this is entirely false. I have an internet pack which allows me a limit of 2 GB limit per month. I didnt even exhaust that for which I can be claimed for any extra charge. Vodafone has cooked up some download history and placed it in my bill.
My bill falsely claims that I downloaded twice from “wapvilla_ppd” and once from “d2c_shotformats_ti” of which I have no idea. Upon getting in touch with the Customer Care regarding the same, they do not provide me adequate details in spite of requesting.I feel cheated and betrayed by Vodafone.

I kindly request the authorities to look into the matter seriously and see to that customers like me do not suffer for such false claims made by telecom companies. Please help me.

I am also experienced the same in my Oct, Nov-2014 bill.
Vodafone is making false download charges which I have never downloaded, neither have I visited the website.

I have checked in the consumer forum complaints, and along with me there are hundreds who have been fraudulently charged by Vodafone for these absurd downloads.
We should take severe actions against for this kind of service.

HI All,

Vodafone is becoming the biggest fraud telecom in our country. Am also facing the same problem as Debasis above facing.

Am living in Chennai and have TCS corporate plan of 350/- but every 2 or 3 moths this vodafone cheaters are charging 198 extra telling download charges and when asking for information they dont have any info except telling to write mail to [email protected].

And when writing them mail also useless. They are just replying,

Am already having 3G plan for 299 unlimited plan, still i dont how these people are fooling customers.

Am afraid they are lakhs of customers who dont know about bill summary are affected and this company is looting crores of money like this in the name of download charges.

I already had Aircel, Airtel Tata never faced this issue vodafone is looting money please take necessary action against them.

Guys I have been charged with Rs 624. Its a fraud. And vodafone is not aceepting any thing and not giving any detail. I am disconnecting the service. Telecom authority of India must cancel Vodafone liscence to operate in India.

Dear
Concerned authoriries.
I have also experienced the same situation where rupees 776 has fraudulently been added to my bill on account of download charges.
I would here mention that I had active data plan which didn’t exhausted till the month last.
Plz take necessessary action.
I am having a copy of my bill in case it be needed for any further reference.
