2 days before i purchased the item ( philips soundbar from star cj and it cost 3999
and the order num is 201411150284
and i askd for refund becose product was not good
but they refused to give the refund and were saying contact to philips person
in star cj terms and conditions clearly written buyer can returned the product for replacement or refund
wen I said to them they cut my call
aftr that I ve written the mail to their deparment as below
( im very much dissatisfied wid ur product as well ur backup team
Yesterday I received my product
Order no. 20141114063381philipsmultimedia sound bar..
Afte receiving wid in 10mnts I made a call to starcj that product is not good
Beside helping me thy ve given me philips contact num
Aftr taking to them again I made a call to starcj and informd abt my talk to philips
Then mr. Rampal ( one of executive of starcj team) booked my complaint of refund
Bt today I received call frm backupteam of starcj and thy refused to gve me refund
I just wana to knw y thy ve refused wen in ur terms and conditions
Clause no 4 onwards clearly written buyer may be returned for replacement or refund of d purchas e price widin 48hrs frm d time of receipt of product
And I did d same
Thrfor I requst u to refund my price as product is not good
Hope you will take action asa u can and revert me back
