New Connection Isuue

I took new Airtel dongle on last Saturaday, 15-11-2014. But Till now it is not activated. I took 10 GB, 999 Rs plan . I paid four month advance 4000 Rs, so they given me offer of free dongle and 10 GB free data for 5th month.

But while first time activation they registered wrong SIM number, so activation got failed.

I submitted document again , but this they changed my plan to 6GB plan while updating details. This time also activation got failed.

This is the 5th day and i am not getting any updated form Airtel side.

Please take the actions on this issue.
