Deduction in balance of rs. 49 and rs 20 towards DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_49_NDTV & DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_20_NDTV respectively .
As i have not clicked any link or not activated such kind of services ,
The customer care executives were not responding to my complaint properly

My Vodafone balance too got deducted for Rs.99.00 for NDTV value pack without any intimation. Customer care person said I may have clicked on some paid service on the website. I said I have been visiting Ndtv website for years on BSNL network, but never faced this kind of issue, I switched to Vodafone, and facing this issue. I asked them to refund the money, and the did refund the money back to the main balance. But now I have to check the main balance every now n then for hidden deductions by Vodafone. I think postpaid customers are suffering more as they would remain unaware unless they have a detailed look at their bills. If this happens again, I would definitely switch to see other network.
