I bought an Iberry Auxus corex8 tablet from eBay India website 5 days back. The product I received was defective as it hangs frequently and the battery never becomes fully charged (charging up to 65 %). There are other technical problems also. Immediately I sent them mail notifying this issue and claimed for the refund or replace. I received no reply and all the efforts to contact the customer care was in vain. I’m totally frustrated with this product. I’ll be highly obliged if you kindly assist me in this issue.
