I am a Vodafone Customer in Mumbai using 3G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 40 for downloading dnld-dwap_wal_0049_ppu_fut00130 along with dnld-dwap_hell01_tvallsouth_30-hello1sto of Rs 30/-.So in all they have charged me Rs 70/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded or even never heard of .When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they initially said they had no info then sayion you downloaded some wallaper, which i havent. the customer service person was such a pathetic one. of course i have 500 mb of 3g data left. still they are saying the cost was due to download.
if this issue is not solved i wish to port my number to other network.
