part shipment not received and exessive charge and no response

Respected Sir,

I am a bank officer, was working with Indusind Bank was residing at Miraroad east. Due to my family health issue i left bank and relocated to my home town Patna. For shifting of my house hold goods from Miraroad to Patna i have called Justdial for Packer requirement. with their reference Mr. Dilip from Goodwill pakers and Movers has visited to my home and have given me quotation. Basis negotiation and our discussion we agreed for Rs.27500/- and shifted our goods on 24/10/2014.
They have given copy of billty ref no- 1501. and promise to deliver goods by week time.
After followup with him for insurance and transport document. Mr. Dilip has sent me scan insurance copy of united insurance via watsup. He then share me Mr. Sukla no a transporter based at Mumbai. After several communication with him finally goods arrived on 5th midnight at patna. Driver called me to collect goods at Saguna More at midnight. As promised goods has to delivered at my home. I told to send goods in morning. Driver has unloaded the goods at his risk at M/s. Maa Sherawali packers &Movers at Incone tax coloney, Bhoothnath road, kankarbag. mob-9204568091
Mr. Rajiv kumar has called me in morning and demanded Rs.7000/- and transport expenses from kankarbag to Danapur but as per bill only Rs,5000/- was balance amount. I have colled Mr. Dilip, he told to pay Rs.7000/- after long discussion i have paid the amount basis that goods were received to me on 8th night. After chcking the goids with billty my LED, AC & bike was missing.
I have called Mr.Dilip, Sukla and rajiv and reported the missing items. They promissed to send that goods by tomorrow but on 10th nov i received my bike and Ac but LED is still missing.
Since then i have called more than 50 times to them for LED but all are playing Blame game. Initially they told your LED is with Driver he had kept on his cabin and forget to give but later on new story is being communicated to me. Mr. Rajiv from Maa sherawali packers blaming Mr. Shukla and Mr. Shukla blaming Maa sherawali.
Some how i am following up with Mr.Dilip he just ignoring my call and have watsup to me for registring FIR again Mr.Rajiv from Maa Sherawali.

I have sincere request to you to kindly take up charge against Mr.Dilip because its his duty to delivered the goods to me. I have dealt to one person not various person.
After several followup with him on mail no response received.

I want compensation of my led Rs.29500 and Rs.2000 additional amount levied also the mental harrashment and all legal charges back to me.
