I ordered electric kettle from snapdeal on 3rd october. I paid Rs 1325. The product is still not delivered. The product is reached back to snapdeal as i got mail from snapdeal after my complain to them 10 days back. But still they are not refunding the money what i paid to it. My order number is 2994251260. They are simply delaying the refund even the product is with them. This was my first order i place in snapdeal and had worst experience. I never recommend anybody to buy anything from snapdeal. Or if u buy dont pay money before delivery. They are cheaters.

I also having same experience with Snapdeal in order, Order ID – 3898795907 . It is worst than I thought and height is they just mention same thing that it is with courier agency and things are beyond their control .If you write to them on [email protected] , they do not even respond .
I strongly recommend people to keep away from Sanpdeal, they just take your money on order’s which neither get delivered nor they cancel to refund the money.
I’ll definitely knock the legal door!!
