I bought a Lumia 520 from Mobile Store, CC2 in Kolkata on 4th October, 2013. i was told that if i pay a few hundred extra my warranty period will be extended for another year and that no matter what troubleshooting i face, they will take care of it. from october of this year i am having some technical or software problems. i went to the Mobile Store and i was told that they cannot help me, i have to take my handset to the nokia care center. then when i checked if my warranty is still available on the microsoft site, i found out that my warranty has also expired. this is blatant misuse of customer trust and i deserve better service than this.
