Not paying PF & not providing resignation notification mail

Dear Sir,
This side Mohit hemant sahu, i was working in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Joined Katak Mahindra Bank on 13/05/2013 at Lajpat Nagar -2 branch as Assistant Acquisition Manager and due to personal reason i resigned on 01/11/2013 and as per employment clause i served 15 days notice period but company hold my resignation beyond notice period approx 18 more days and they nothing paid for that period. When i asked for reason, company just misleading me many times and now they hold my full and final PF amount and not responding on my any query or complaint. I also file a complaint at Kotak grievance at level -3 but they are not responding. My Kotak Grievance service request no- 1410192278. I am also sending all conversation with Kotak Mahindra Bank and me with this mail find it as attachment.
Please help me to find appropriate solution. Seeking good response from your side.
