My son had purchased a Titan YOUTH 9474KL05 Men’s Watch. from Snapdeal.com, order ID: 3069336583.
It was delivered in faulty condition. So immediately we have contacted snapdeal.com on customer care phone number 9212692126 and mailed on [email protected].
Snapdeal had immediately issued item refund form to me on 14/10/2014.
After that several telephonic and e mail reminders that have not collected faulty watch till now.
