NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICE/REPAIR

We have registered a complaint against our washing machine. It vibrates heavily. We were not get any customer executive even after 2 weeks of our complain registered. After 2 week, one executive came and check the machine and report that one of our w/m part was heavily corroded and he promise to come within 1 or 2 days and will replace the part. But it was almost more than 1 week but we didn’t get our machine repaired yet now. During these days, i usually call upon to customer care for progress of my work, but all the time they said that executive will come today, come today and so on….I have worst experience of LG services.
I am very disappointed with your service provider in surat branch office. Once upon calling to executive, he gave me one mobile no of Ms. Bhavna Patel, Marketing head. I have called her for more than 20 times but she’s not received any of my call yet. Kindly take some action on her. I give you phone no on which i am continuosly trying to contact but they simply pick up the phone and just call off after 1 second.
