Dear Sir,
I have given my mobile Nokia C-6 for repair at nokia care in july 2013. Company charged me Rs 3500/- for repair and repaired my mobile in a day. Soon after repairing it started creating problems and I again go to same repairing centre. Company official accepted that a it was not repaired properly and deposit the mobile again. They assured me to repair my mobile at zero cost and given me a receiving for the same.The company official told me that it will take atleast 10 days to properly repair and requested me to confirm telephonically about repairing status before i come to collect it. After that I called many times to service centre and every time I was requested to give some more time . Once I reached to the service centre then they started to repairing it. I waited almost for one hour but they could not repair my mobile and told me that They will inform me as soon as my mobile gets repair. After some days The service centre also got closed. I lodged few complaints in this regard.
Finally this year in AUG’14 company official confirmed me that my mobile is lost and they can arrange some other second hand mobile for me. I said either give me my mobile or cash compensation which includes mobile cost plus 3500 repairing charges. After my this request company official not responding to any of my complaint. Kindly do the needful.
