I booked cab through Taxi for sure. Got confirmation SMS. Taxi details :booking id TFS-PP-c4402703 driver Subbbji Rao cab no.KA-03-AA-8108. I called up driver and he bluntly told me that he will not come for the pick as he does not wish to come. Upon calling the call centre with the complain they assured me to arrange for a cab within 10 mins. I waited for the SMS for next 45 mins and then I got a apology SMS saying that they are not able to arrange a cab. Now I want to ask ” are you serious about your commitment ?” Only price cut does not help.
Their Facebook page is also filled up with the same kind of posts. Please help just with a good justice.
