Product not delivered. Cheating the customer

I had ordered for ZOVI shoes on October 10th under DIWALI offer. I did not receive the product and after nearly a month they have refunded the money. This is not acceptable I did NOT ask for the refund. First they delay the delivery for a month and in spite of assurances on email and phone they simply refund the money.

This is definitely cheating of promising good deals and not delivering the product.. My Order No. 617888002 placed on 10 Oct ’14 7:25 pm. All the details are present in their website also under my login.

The worst part is their customer support – who are never available to take the calls
