Not getting my refund back

I ordered a HTC Desire mobile phone on October 10 ,from Snapdeal.com ,whose estimatted shipping date wad October 14. On October 12,they updated the status of my product as “Order is Packed and waiting for the corier pickup”.Till date I did not recieved my order .I applied for the refund of my order ,but they refused to do it so as they mentioned that ,product is in non-cancellable state and told me to wait for 17th October for the cancellation process ,according to their TrustPay Policy. I Called their Customer Service for more than 150 times , each time left with no hope no response.
I am not getting,from where i can get my money back.
