unwanted deductions

i have recharged my phone on 27 october of 27(net pack)for a week plan. … on 31st october i have 4mb something data but company deduct my 56rupees on 31st october. i also complaint to customer care bt they didnt solve my problem n only give me a complaint no. that is 226348259 . a message is recived me on 6 november that no unwanted deduction from your account. plz sir help me. my cell no. is 8103699444
