No support from the company in regards to refund / return of product

Hi,
We had purchased a Philips toaster from Snapdeal on Cash on Delivery basis on 11th October 2014. The toaster arrived in damaged condition and we wrote to snapdeal on 21st October about the damage status, pictures of the damaged product and also our willingness for refund.

Snapdeal ensured that people from courier company naming Delhivery shall come and pick up the product. We have been following up regularly to confirm the date and time of pick up. 3 executives naming Bhavneet, Umesh Singh and Komal have given us 3 different dates and times. Still the pick up has not happened.

Snapdeal has been promising to support us within 48 hours but there is no support at all. We have most of communications via email, which can be submitted or shared when requested.

Request the forum to support us in regards to our refund status.
