Charged for fake downloads Hello1_TValls

I am from Chennai and Vodafone (VF) have charged me 99 Rs. for some download. On checking with customer care they say its some hello1_tvalls which i never did. Thought of doing some net search and saw that first page of google is filled with complains related to this and all are from Vodafone service providers. If such downloads exist, it should have been for all the other subscribers too ( I mean Airtel, Reliance etc., ) Why only complaints from VF clients????. Too bad and costly service. Even then i am sticking to them and the result is they are fooling around. Even miss call alert service is charged though its free on my other no. of Airtel and i think should be free by other SP also… Please look in to it and stop charging us like this….
