Vodafone Fraud on Postpaid Data Plan

Hi

This is Manikandan from Chennai. I have a 2 vodafone Postpaid connecting with CUG. I have been charged 99 INR for last two months. Last time I contacted Vodafone customer service team but they do not have any explanation on this. They just said I have downloaded something. Which I never did. My Number is 9176848478.

Moreover they do not have any information on the content or how to stop the charge. This is a fraud. I can see lot of online complaints regarding these type for charges.

I have planned to disconnect my two postpaid connections. I will also ask my friends and family to not take a connection with Vodafone. I will also post this facebook and all other social network websites.

    In my this month bill they charge 233 INR for below :

    05/10/14-22:58:39 vuclipindia_pack75 7 5
    05/10/14-23:03:31 hello1_tvallsouth_ 9 9
    06/10/14-04:20:45 wapvilla_ppd 4 9

    This is certainly a fraud subscription charges. This are applied on billing date of every month. I am going to email TRAI through an Advocate.
