Not delivered the product

I bought the Sun direct HD+ on 20th October, at the they said there is some items have to ship, so it will take one week to deliver and then installation.

So, contacted them and they ask to get the bill. I submit the bill and then told, will be delivered in 3 days. Now 4th day is almost completed, but no one come. Today (4th Nov) called again, but no one pick the call, i tried around 10 times.

I bought TV on 20th October, but now there is no use without the Dish even our area does not have TV cable service right now. So am very unhappy about the deliver.
