Late/Non delivery of urgent official material..

A package was urgently couriered from Alstom T&D India ltd to Chennai office from Kolkata office on dtd 17/10/14. The Courier partner was GATI KWE.The agency confirmed that the package was delivered on 23/10/14 at 5.15 pm. But after non recieval of the same from our Chennai office, an inquiry made by us, The customer care informed us that the material was at their go down and was dispatched yesterday.
As this package was commercially urgent to us. we have faced a financial time loss.
So I hope this type of complains may be avoided in future..
