Non-shipment of products

My order number on snapdeal is – 3056628587

It is almost a month I ordered a washing machine on snapdeal and while ordering it was said that the washing machine will be shipped in 2-3 business days. It is not yet shipped. I have contacted the customer care team N number of times and they said that they are working on this on Priority but not able to solve this issue. I have been sending them e-mails but they are not replying there too.

I have asked for refund and they are not cancelling the order too while they are mentioning on their website that the payments are secured under trustpay and also highlights that 100% money will be refunded if the product is not shipped with 3 days after the promised shipping date.

While my money is blocked i couldn’t use other good offers on competitor websites. Now I not only want my money back but also want to get compensated for such irresponsible behaviour from the snapdeal team.

    Hi Mr. Avinash,

    I have similar kind of problem with Snapdeal. It’s almost a month and I have not received my package. I have registered a complaint with Gati with no luck as they are not responding. Snapdeal hired Gati, not me. Also, I have registered 3 complaints with Snapdeal and the last (3rd) complaint was asking for a refund. But, they are neighter replying nor refunding. In this case, what can I do… I though about consumar forum and then, saw your message..
    Is consumar forum really effective in order to resolve my issue. Also, can everything can be done online? Is there any kind of cost for this?? Is it hazard free??
    What happen to your issue?

  4. amazon is not delivering products on time whenever i am purchasing something i ve to go for the collection of product at least 7 km and still not delivering on time . its happening every time i am purchasing products from amazon.
    there response is also very poor.
