I am using aircel for many years. I received a offer ” LAST 3 DAYS, ONLY FOR YOU. RECHARGE WITH 199 AND GET UNLIMITED L A2A FROM 6PM TO 10PM AND 10P/M FROM 6PM TO 10PM WITH 199MB 2G DATA FREE FOR 30 DAYS”
I got this msg on 29th oct 2014. I recharged on that day in the evening. But when I am calling after 5pm I am being charged 10 p . Aircel is not providing the offer that they are giving. Customer care are also negleting this . When I am calling them they are keeping me on hold and I am not getting any responce from them. They are not giving any solution . Plz sir see to this. I will be grateful to you
