Suborder no : 4358255471
Amount 899 on 16 oct 2014
And recived that product on 17 oct 2014,,, but the product was defected, and for that i had registered a complaint against this damaged product on 18 oct 2014 and got a complaint ticket no 10602966,
And snapdeal coustmer care executive was saying that they will replace this product soon
But after so many calls their is no responce from thier side,, so i have a request to u sir plz help me to solve my problem
Because I am calling them daily but they are doing fake promises to me
Please take a strict action against them & teach them a lesson. So, that they will never do this kind of things with other person
Please help me sir. I have a humble request to you, only you are my last hope sir
