I am Gaurav Gupta from Delhi. My Vodafone Postpaid Number 8010688200. I got my bill with extra Rs 99 charges of Sort_download_9 which I didn’t make download and vodafone is charging extra. I have already 1 GB 3G net pack. I talked to costumer care and they are replying that they will not register complaint regarding this. Many of customers have been charged of this service. So let me know the further result of what can be happen on this. I talked to CCE -Varun and but I didnot get any result.
