I would like to inform you that the outgoing facility of my PRI number
01204822050 has been barred and the reason which I got behind this, is a
non-payment of any other company (as per the information provided by your
helpline number).
I have registered a complaint against this activity then one lady has spoken with me, she told me that you have not submitted your bill amount that is the reason your PRI has stopped. I told her you have not given me any kind of bill on my mail or through courier. So how you can disconnect my PRI without any information. Firstly you should provide me a bill then you will give a time period for payment, but here is totally change. No one has informed me you have a remaining balance. Still not I have an idea regarding balance, around 18000 rupees they are telling me.
After that I called to your Airtel office, one guy has picked my call name is sunil Sinha number 9818226491 has told me your building is blacklisted that’s why your PRI has been Stopped. I told him before installation you didn’t know about my building, at the time you are telling me you building is blacklisted. I asked him for refund my money, if there is the problem i will never go with Airtel. He told me that I can’t refund your money.
So finally I am just sending a mail to you and I am sending an attachment to you. Now you tell me what the hell is going with me. I really take a legal action against your employees and your company.
So I need my money back. I don’t want any services from your side.
