Respected Sir,
This is regarding my Idea postpaid connection Account No. 100016391000; Mobile No. 9015578755 and Selected Plan DL_Zoom_175. I have to make two complaints regarding the above said connection
1. I selected Plan DL_Zoom_175 since August 2014 which does not include any 3G GPRS data services. 3G GPRS data service has been activated without taking my prior concern and when my credit limit exceeded (which is around Rs 1200) they started sending messages. Please have a look of messages. (Pasted below)

Dear customer, yours total 3G usage on 13 oct is 46 MB. Since 10 oct 491 MB data worth Rs. 1200 is been used. from idea.

Dear customer, yours total 3G usage on 12 oct is 440 MB. Since 10 oct 445 MB data worth Rs. 1061 is been used. To avoid high billing please upgrade your data pack. from idea.

After many telephonic as well as email requests (I have record of these), They deactivated this 3G GPRS data usage on my number on 14th Oct 2014 but they have not deducted the amount (Rs ~ 1200) from my account because of this activation. I am continuously writing emails to customer care since 12th Oct 2014 but they are resolving the case.
1. My second concern is, due to crossing the credit limit they are barring the services on my number. When I am emailing to them they are suggesting “……………….We expect our customers to make a short-term payment when usage crosses the credit limit assigned to an account. As the unbilled amount on your mobile number has crossed the credit limit, please make an interim payment……………”. Sir, why should I do the interim payment when the charges exceeded because of their mistake i.e activation of 3G GPRS data services? Most of the charges which is evident from the messages are of 3G GPRS data.
I therefore request your honour to please instruct the Idea Company firstly,
to deduct this amount in the next billing cycle (10th Nov 2014) because this was charged due to their fault. And
secondly, not to activate any extra services to my number without my prior request as well as not to bar my services.
