Defective material supplied

I Placed order thro online website – Paytm Order 608087175 accepted for micromax canvas elanza A121on 30.09.2014 & money transferred Rs: 8313 /= and Material received on 08.10.14, I checked the mobile was having 3 defects. As Per their advertisement the Product can be returned back within 10 days if any Problem.
I Launched complaint thro their web site & Ticket No: Ticket #103097877: Customer care Sachin mailed me on 09.10.14 and informed that the Pickup boy come & take back material and money will be refunded. I kept ready the material with the same Package, but till today (25.10.14) nobody has come to my Place & pick up the material.
It is more than 25 days & 30 online complaint ticket no was given and 11 executives were replied from PayTm saying that the material will be taken back within 3 days & money will be refunded.
Kindly arrange to refund my money and for the Past 25 days I was extremely affected mental torture by PayTm customer care / Grievances officer.
Please do the needful to genuine customer and take appropriate action against this type of non ethics sellers like PayTm.
