I called reliance customer care for help but no one is helping me out there. My complain was about the reduction in my validity of net balance. I recharged my net balance on 8 or 9 of october of 178 rs whose validity was till 9 november 2014 but today when i checked my balance it was showing validity only till 25 october 2014. When i called customer care they were saying that it is not possible and disconnected the call. My complain is not too big but these small things will only make change. I want to teach theme a lesson so that they cannot do this to any ither customer. Now i am not able to customer care also.
