Vodafone has become such a fraud as well as stealing company. Last time just before the Dussehra, my 1GB 3G data got consumed withing only 5 days, while I used on whatsapp, not even FaceBook ( as I am not in it ).
Now yesterday I had recharged it with Rs. 222/- and today I am left with Rs. 172/-.
When I asked the customer care, they told me, I had downloaded DNLD-DWAP_WAL_0049_PPU_FUT00130 file at around 1:43 am last night, at my sleep and got deducted an amount of rs. 49/-. When several times, I tried to tell them, that I did not do anything such, the CC executive told me – that she can understand my worries and regret for the same, but cant do anything on top of it.
This is really ridiculous, that a company like Vodafone is doing so much of Fraud, to make it’s living.
However, can you please suggest any remedy ?
